LE12 - Beachhead Patrol - World War 2 Art

Flight Lieutenant Tony Cooper of No.64 Squadron and his wingman patrol the D-Day beaches in June 1944. This aircraft, a Spitfire Mk.Vb, is now on display in the United States National World War II Museum. Each Beachhead Patrol print is individually hand-signed by Flight Lieutenant Tony Cooper.

LE18 - Remember Me? - World War 2 Art

The B17G Flying Fortress "Remember Me?" of the 457th Bomb Group, 8th Air Force homeward bound to Glatton. The pilot Captain Charles E.Barrier, who named this B-17, flew 30 missions during WWII, approximately half of them in this aircraft. The 457th was known as the 'Fireball Outfit', dropping 16,915 tons of bombs on occupied territory.

Pilot Officer 'Pinkie' Stark of 609 Squadron shoots down a Junkers 88 on 5th October 1943. This was 609 Squadron's 200th victory.
The print comes with a special Collector's Sheet signed by sixteen 609 Squadron veterans.
